I found this recipe while lost in the archives of the Pioneer Woman web blog. I made this on Saturday for my husband and I don't think I have ever made something so pleasing to his belly. He ate THREE of these sandwiches and then was rendered helpless on the couch for the rest of the evening. My son even liked this sandwich!!!! I made him chicken nuggets thinking he wouldn't like these but I was wrong, he ate his own (half of a sandwich, of course)
